Our Army at War v1 #164 presents Sgt. Rock's 6 Battle Stars, 1966 - DC's most popular war heroes are featured in this 80-page giant (#19), including Sgt. Rock, Haunted Tank, Madamoiselle Marie and Johnny Cloud. Culled from different war titles, these reprints include two Joe Kubert tales from Star Spangled War Stories #57 and Our Army at War #100. The artist supplies a new cover that's disappointingly stiff and static given the theme. Kubert's contents page (see interior page below) is far better both in concept and execution. Other artists in this issue include Russ Heath, Irv Novick and others. This is 101 of 236 Our Army at War issues by Kubert.
