Our Army at War #100 - Joe Kubert art & cover + Milestone issue

Joe Kubert
Our Army at War v1 #100, 1960 - Assigned to Easy Company, a new GI's inability to control his fear endangers his fellow soldiers. Joe Kubert does a far better job on the interiors than his straightforward cover. His story pages somewhat vary in their draftsmanship, but the level of detail remains high. This is the series' 100th issue, but gets only scant recognition on the cover. “No Exit for Easy” was later reprinted in Our Army at War #164. This issue also includes artwork by Irv Novick and Sam Glanzman. This is 40 of 236 Our Army at War issues by Kubert. /// key Milestone issue
