Girls' Romances #13 - mis-attributed Alex Toth cover

Girls' Romances #13

Girls' Romances v1 #13, 1952 - Despite the credit in some comic book guides, this cover was not drawn by Alex Toth. My guess would be an early work either by Ross Andru or Mike Sekowsky. Anyone else have any opinions? Other artists in this golden age comic include Mort Drucker.
