DC Special v1 #12 presents the Viking Prince, 1971 - Three Viking Prince stories make up the bulk of the issue, accompanied by Silent Knight and Robin Hood tales. Joe Kubert supplies the competently drawn new cover, but his earlier Viking Prince work is far better (from Brave and the Bold #1, #5 and #16). Note how this includes the character's first appearance. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Irv Novick and Russ Heath. This is 2 of 3 DC Special issues by Kubert.
