Brave and the Bold v1 #16, 1958 - Suffering from memory loss, the Viking Prince slowly recovers as he performs the Twelve Tasks of Thor to reclaim his throne. An excellent splash precedes a sequence of beautifully drawn pages. One consistent flaw seems to be a lack of sharpness in many panels. The poor print reproduction fails to capture some of Joe Kubert's fine details. This story was later reprinted in DC Special #12. Other artists in this golden age comic include Russ Heath. This is 16 of 32 Brave and the Bold issues by Kubert.
