G.I. Combat v1 #140, 1970 - Touted as a"special issue", this comic is basically a trove of reprints from earlier DC war books. The best among these is a Joe Kubert tale from All-American Men of War #50. The artist supplies a crowded, but not unbearable new cover plus an intro page featuring Jeb Stuart of the Haunted Tank (see interior page below). Other artists in this bronze age comic include Russ Heath and Mort Drucker. This is 59 of 190 G.I. Combat issues by Kubert.
