Ghosts #8 - Nestor Redondo art, mis-attributed Joe Kubert art

Ghosts v1 #8, 1972 - Set in the Caribbean tropics, an active volcano draws out the islands animal denizens. At only three pages, Nestor Redondo illustrates one of his shortest tales for DC. Despite this fact, the pages are filled with beautiful details. Flora and fauna are meticulously drawn, one of the hallmarks of the artist's work. There's no Joe Kubert art in this issue, despite what some comic book guides say. Other artists in this issue include Abe Ocampo, Sam Glanzman, Quinco Redondo and Nick Cardy (cover). This is number 1 of 2 Ghosts issues with Redondo art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Redondo, Kubert or Ghosts issues.
