G.I. Combat v1 #148, 1971 - "Two magazines in one!" translates into older material mixed in with the new. The bulk of the issue is reprints, the highlight being a Joe Kubert reprint from G.I. Combat #102. Kubert also supplies a busy, but well-balanced and composed cover. Note the depth achieved by the diminishing plane sizes in the background.
