Tarzan v1 #86, 1956 - King Dan-El discovers he was lured away from his kingdom on a ruse, and doubles back to avert a coup. More utilitarian in appearance, Russ Manning's drawings fail to capitalize on vistas and scenes of interest. His lackluster layouts add little to the overall aesthetic.
