Romance Stories of True Love v1 #52, 1958 - A serious train accident brings together a small town girl and an aspiring comedian. When he finally makes the big time, he becomes cruel and abusive toward people. Although not credited, Matt Baker's pencils shine through on this golden age romance tale. Unfortunately, the inker (perhaps Angelo Torres) bombs with too little detail and not enough definition. The lack of effort waters down the overall artwork. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jack Sparling.
