Kamandi v1 #36, 1975 - Hordes of animal occupants fill a once grandiose hotel, all fighting for control with Kamandi in their midst.
Jack Kirby nears the end of his run, but continues to delight readers with his kinetic layouts and fine storytelling. As usual, splash pages divide the tale into manageable chapters.
Joe Kubert does a decent job with the cover's tug-of-war over the main character.
