Unexpected #195 |
The Unexpected v1 #195, 1980 - People disappear and UFOs are sighted in a Nevada desert, dubbed by the press as the "Sagebrush Triangle".
Nestor Redondo illustrates the aliens and their city with a flourish similar to the old Flash Gordon strips. It looks a bit out of place for a bronze age story, but the drawings are impressive in their detail. This tale is among Redondo's last works for DC. Other artists in this copper age comic include E.R. Cruz, Ric Estrada, Romeo Tanghal and Johnny Craig. Cover by Luis Domingez. This is 7 of 7
