T.h.u.n.d.e.r. Agents v1 #17, 1967 - Although the cover looks like Wally Wood, two sources attribute it to Dan Adkins. If so, Wood's sole contribution in this issue is inking Steve Ditko's pencils. In "Return of the Hyena", the villain humiliates the Thunder Agents at every turn. Despite being a super-hero comic, plenty of humorous gags occur, coinciding with Ditko's eclectic style. Rounding out the book is a reprint of Wood's "First Encounter" from Thinder Agents #1. This silver age issue includes art by George Tuska, Odgen Whitney and Chic Stone. This is 17 of 18 Thunder Agents issues by Wood and 5 of 6 Thunder Agents issues by Ditko. /// Wood gallery
