Witching Hour #9 - Neal Adams cover & non-attributed art, Alex Toth art

Neal Adams
Witching Hour v1 #9, 1970 - No Alex Toth stories in this issue, but he does provide excellent framing pages and panels between the stories. Curiously, Bill Draut appears to have drawn the figures of the little girl on the first two pages. Not mentioned in comic book guides, Neal Adams did the last two panels at the end of the first story (featuring two host witches). The artist also illustrated the Chinese-themed cover, a somewhat vague scene, yet pleasing to the eye. This is number 7 of 10 Witching Hour issues with Toth art and/or covers and number 4 of 8 Witching Hour issues with Adams art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Toth, Adams or Witching Hour issues. See also this blog's Adams checklist, Top 10 Adams comics or Toth checklist.
