This Matt Baker story resides in the same issue as his earlier work "I Was Fooled by First Love" (originally titled "I Took the Wrong Road to Romance" from Teen-Age Romances #2). Changing viewpoints and close-ups in the new tale shows the artist's continuing development. There's also a noticeable increase in detail. Baker's cover is precisely composed, although curiously, the woman in the forefront doesn't appear inside. Other artists in this golden age comic include Ruth Atkinson.
