Ghosts #13 - Nestor Redondo art

Ghosts #13
Ghosts v1 #13, 1972 - Stumbling through the Black Forest, a wounded GI and his buddy take refuge in a medieval castle they see in the distance. Nestor Redondo opens the tale with a remarkable splash page. As the soldiers discover the castle, the artist also shows the vast height they must climb, reinforcing the title's theme. Full of architectural details and furniture, each panel is intently drawn. A bird's eye view of the GI's arrival establishes the setting perfectly. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Gerry Talaoc and Jim Aparo. Cover by Nick Cardy. This is 2 of 2 Ghosts issues by Redondo.
