4.  Rima the Jungle Girl v1 #4, 1974 - Bound and captured, Abel throws back in head in agony while Rima intervenes on Joe Kubert's gritty but excellent cover. Inside, Nestor Redondo's breathtaking artwork includes a full page splash of an enormous tropical tree and an interesting multi-scenic portrait. Compared to this story, Alex Nino's Space Voyagers is more harsh, but no less impressive in its draftsmanship.
