Detective Comics v2 #1000, 2019 - Known as the 1970s variant, this Bernie Wrightson cover stood out among an insane number of variants for this Milestone issue. Boldly drawn, his renditions of the Batman are far too few but always impactful. The lighting and shadows resemble his bronze age works, though Wrightson's own signature dates this piece from 1991.
