Rocky Lane's Black Jack v1 #25, 1958 - Out of five Steve Ditko issues on this series, this one contains the most stories. "Horse Hunters Bait" and "Storm's Warning" are looser and aesthetically similar to Ditko's other Charlton works from the same era. "Trail Pards" and "A Remembered Friend", on the other hand, are rendered more tightly, emphasizing line rather than brushwork. All have an overly simplistic style, although immediately recognizable.
