Walt Simonson |
Thor v1 #271, 1978 - The Avengers, Nick Fury or Thor join forces to take on a rogue computer called F.A.U.S.T.
Walt Simonson ends his first run on the series the same way he started: producing artwork of sub-par quality. Being paired with an insensitive inker accounts for much of it, but his layouts also lack the inventiveness of previous works. On a more positive note, Simonson would return to this series later with acclaim for both his writing and illustrations. This is 12 of 55
