When his father is killed by Nazis, a boy leads Easy Company on a mission to take out a new super weapon. Joe Kubert's inks on a handful of panels appear erratic. For the most part, is drawings are artfully composed. Extreme vertical and horizontal panels are perfectly used for their respective scenarios. Most memorable is the panel introducing the young Andre Lune, whose appearance catches the GIs off guard (see interior page below). This story was later reprinted in
Star Spangled War Stories #156. Other artists in this silver age comic include Irv Novick. This is 91 of 236
