Alpha Flight v1 #25, 1985 - Guardian suddenly returns, long after his apparent death in issue #12. He explains his resurrection is in great detail, astonishing both his wife and teammates. John Byrne employs three splash pages at key points of the story for dramatic effect. Overall, his illustrations are consistently well drawn and paced. Interestingly, a change to a better paper stock seems to result in brighter, more garish colors. Byrne uses the same cover approach as #11 to reference earlier events. This is 25 of 30 Alpha Flight issues by Byrne.
