Capt. Storm v1 #3, 1964 - A revered plane of a heroic captain sits empty on the field. It awaits a young pilot worthy of taking it to battle. Similar to his many Enemy Ace stories, Joe Kubert shows a mastery of drawing biplanes. Even better are his depictions of various aerial battles. The artist fills the panels with plenty of thrilling action. This story was later reprinted in Our Army at War #236. Other artists in this silver age comic include Irv Novick. Cover by Novick.
