Frank Miller |
Sin City: That Yellow Bastard v1 #4, 1996 - With his confession and time served. Hartigan gets his release after eight long years. As he picks up the pieces, the mysterious yellow bastard keeps close tabs on him. His appearances are few, but like the previous issue the antagonist is the only person in color throughout the story. The artwork by Frank Miller maintains it grittiness despite the sophisticated layouts and pacing. The splash pages toward the end are especially revealing. Note the title character appears on the cover for the first and only time in the series. This is 4 of 6 Sin City: That Yellow Bastard issues by Miller.
