Star Spangled War Stories v2 #157 - Joe Kubert cover & reprint

Joe Kubert

Star Spangled War Stories v2 #157, 1970 - Seemingly seems out of place on this title, this Sgt. Rock story is a reprint from Our Army at War #168. The tale features an early prototype of the Unknown Soldier. Also in this issue is an early Enemy Ace tale from Our Army at War #155. Both reprints are drawn by Joe Kubert, who wraps the issue with an enigmatic new cover. Other artists in this war comic include Sam Glanzman.
