Limited Collectors' Edition v1 #C-29 / Tarzan, 1974 - In this giant format issue, DC reprints the story arc "The Return of Tarzan" for the first time. These tales were originally published in Tarzan #219-222, although quite a few pages were omitted to streamline the storytelling. Joe Kubert contributes a new cover and other activities for the reader. Most significant is the center spread of Tarzan rescuing a woman from oncoming crocodiles (see interior spread below). Ably drawn, it also benefits from the extra large format.
