Best of DC (Blue Ribbon Digest) v1 #14 / Batman's Villains, 1981 - Featuring key appearances of the hero's most infamous foes, this digest reprints tales from the 1970s and earlier. Prominent among these is a Two-Face tale from Batman #234 (drawn by Neal Adams) and a Penguin story from Detective Comics #473 (Marshall Rogers). Other artists in this copper age digest include Irv Novick, Denys Cowan and Dick Giordano. Cover by Ross Andru and Giordano.
