1984 #6 |
1984 (magazine) v1 #6, 1979 - Aliens enter Earth's orbit and proceed to copulate inside the NASA's Skylab spacecraft.
Alex Nino creates two inhuman creatures, along with their grotesque sexual organs. Despite the strangeness of the story, the artist draws the characters adeptly and somewhat tastefully. To contrast the two species, Nino illustrates the perplexed humans with sharp, graphic shapes and the aliens in fine parallel lines. Other artists in this bronze age science fiction magazine include Rudy Nebres, Jose Ortiz and Richard Corben. This is 6 of 10
