Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #233, 1960 - Inspired by the Knights of the Round Table, Donald and his nephews embark on great deeds, thanks to Gyro Gearloose's flying sleds. Carl Barks engages and delights readers with his masterful storytelling. Most of the heroic action occurs later, but the opening sequence of an accident gone wrong is the most visually appealing (see interior page below). This story was later reprinted in Walt Disney Comics Digest #46. Other artists in this golden age comic include Al Hubbard. This is 193 of 280 Walt Disney's Comics and Stories issues by Barks.
