House of Mystery #202 - Nestor Redondo art

House of Mystery #202
House of Mystery v1 #202, 1973 - An older man trades his soul for newfound magical abilities that could bring him untold riches. Nestor Redondo's linework is splendid, down to the smallest details. On the opening splash, Cain (the series host) is cast as the veteran sorcerer that bestows the gifts upon the main character. The highlight of the story, Redondo's setting boasts exquisitely drawn satanic decor, even a portrait of the devil himself. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Mike Sekowsky and Frank Giacoia. Cover by Mike Kaluta. This is 6 of 16 House of Mystery issues by Redondo.
