Sea Hunt v1 #13, 1962 - As Russ Manning ends his run on the series, the artwork is only slightly diminished, much to his credit. A bus careens into a deep lake in the opening scene, prompting diver Mike Nelson and his buddy into action. Attractive wooded landscapes enhances the story throughout, although the final pages are somewhat anticlimactic. Manning's last tale, set in an underground cave, has curiously fewer underwater scenes, focusing instead on the cavern's formations.
