Howard the Duck v2 #7, 1980 – This black and white magazine accompanies the comic book series of the same name. Gene Colan illustrates most of the issue with inks supplied by Tom Palmer, Alfredo Alcala and Dave Simons. Towards the back, a series of pin-up pages showcase a wide variety of artists. Marshall Rogers, John Byrne and Walt Simonson show their humorous side in their respective illustrations, which include film parodies of The Mummy and Aliens. Other artists in this issue include Trina Robbins, Marie Severin, Howard Chaykin and John Pound (cover).
