Our Fighting Forces v1 #160 featuring the Losers, 1975 - In a small Russian village, a young Nazi sympathizer joins their ranks as a machine-gunner and executioner. Staying at his mother's house, disguised as German officers, the Losers must deliver a crucial letter and leave before they're discovered. Jack Kirby delivers a fine tale of espionage and traitors, his artwork largely meeting expectations. The artist's last two-page spread of the series is a brutal one, depicting a mass execution of Russian villagers. Joe Kubert's cover is acceptable but only partially references the story. This is 10 of 12 Our Fighting Forces issues by Kirby and 94 of 110 Our Fighting Forces issues by Kubert. /// Kirby gallery
