Batman v1 #241, 1972 - A Neal Adams cover depicts the Batman in mid-leap over the Gotham skyline. This fairly generic scene was mostly likely drawn with no relation to any plot, to be applied when a deadline looms. Though not credited in price guides, Bernie Wrightson's inking is evident to those familiar with his style. The blended result is mostly mediocre, especially among the abundance of text and graphics. Adams and Wrightson teamed up on only one other cover. Other artists in this issue include Irv Novick and Dick Giordano.
