Superman v1 #416, 1986 - No Bernie Wrightson art inside, despite what some comic book guides say. Instead, Al Williamson entertains readers with two separate stories. In the first, Superman discovers a secret of Lex Luthor, and in the second a Superman of the future contacts the present one. Curt Swan's pencils have alway been safe and conservative. Williamson does his level best with the inks, but can only do so much to improve upon the art. Cover by Eduardo Barreto. This is 9 of 9 Superman issues by Williamson.
