Alpha Flight's Vindicator makes a brief appearance. John Byrne nears the end of his first run on the series. His story art meets expectations as usual, thanks to Joe Sinnott's inking. Byrne's cover is all the more alarming due to its bright red hue. I like how the color extends even to the upper left corner. This is 11 of 74 Fantastic Four issues by Byrne.
