Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #272 - Carl Barks art

Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #272
Walt Disney's Comics and Stories v1 #272, 1963 - When Donald Duck opens a barber shop, he discovers a talent for cutting hair. Nearby, a circus gorilla named Horrendo runs amok in the city. Carl Barks flexes his creativity in this tale, devising different methods and hair designs for a variety of customers. The scenes are funny as they are unconventional, a skill that the artist's peers could rarely match. This story was later reprinted in Walt Disney Comics Digest #39. Other characters featured in this issue include Gyro Gearloose, Ludwig Von Drake, Mickey Mouse and the Big Bad Wolf. Other artists in this silver age comic include Paul Murry. This is 232 of 280 Walt Disney's Comics and Stories issues by Barks.
