Moon Knight #15 - Frank Miller cover + 1st Xenos

Frank Miller
Moon Knight v1 #15, 1982 - Xenos, a sociopath who uses rats to purge foreigners and other enemies is the latest threat. Frank Miller overlaps the title hero and the moon, purposely ignoring actual perspective. His design uses the Moon Knight's white cape to billow out into a circle, framing his figure. In a departure from his other works from the same era, Miller employs grey tones to increase dimension. While less recognizable, this clean design stands on its own. Other artists in this copper age comic include Bill Sienkiewicz. This is 3 of 4 Moon Knight issues by Miller. /// key 1st appearance Xenos
