Legion of Super-Heroes v2 #300, 1983 - Superboy and Supergirl arrive separately in the 30th century to attend a Legion celebration. Brainiac 5 passes on the event to help an old friend at the Time Institute. This thick Milestone issue, written by Paul Levitz and drawn by Keith Giffen and Larry Mahlstedt, also employs past contributors to the series including Dave Cockrum, Curt Swan, Kurt Schaffenberger and others. On the cover, each Legionnaire is drawn by a different artist. Joe Kubert's Dawnstar and Walt Simonson's Blok don't really stand out aesthetically, but neither does anyone else.
