Ms. Tree's Thrilling Detective Adventures v1 #3, 1983 - Frank Miller features a rather obscure character for his third double-page pin-up. Created by Dashiell Hammett, the Continental Op was a detective who narrated stories in the pulp fiction magazine Black Mask. Graphically bold, Miller's art is a tad less arresting than his previous work on the series. Other artists in this issue include Terry Beatty. Cover by Beatty.
