Aquaman v1 #35, 1967 - Atlantis is boldly attacked by a new villain, who's accompanied by mutated manta rays. Amidst the chaos, Aquaman and Mera's baby is kidnapped by Black Manta. Another foe, the Oceanmaster, unexpectedly arrives as a second threat. Or is he? Although referred to by Aquaman as an "old enemy", this is actually Black Manta's first appearance.
