Wedding Bells v1 #15, 1956 - Confronting your ex-girlfriend at the train station, just as she's about to leave with her husband-to-be? Not cool. Matt Baker employs a simple yet effective composition for this scenario. He  hints at the setting: train tracks, suitcases, etc. without detracting from the couple as focal point. Sadly, Baker's signature style barely emerges, partially due to inker Dick Beck. Other artists in this golden age romance comic include Charles Sultan, Bill Ward and John Forte. This is 1 of 3 Wedding Bells issues by Baker.
