Romantic Story v1 #21, 1953 - Overstreet Comic Book Guide attributes the lead story to Alex Toth. There are similarities, but looks instead to be an early work by Mike Sekowsky, perhaps emulating the master. Interestingly, there's also a one-page feature on actor Rock Hudson.
