America's Best Comics #26 - Frank Frazetta art

America's Best Comics #26
America's Best Comics v1 #26, 1948 - With his parents away from the apartment, young Jerry occupies his time playing with his dog Pard. When a burglar enters the household to hide out from the police, the boy uses his smarts to get the word out. Frank Frazetta's illustration for this text story has little room. Still, the artist provides the enough information to convey the gist of the plot. His effort and skill are certainly sufficient enough. Other artists in this issue include Ken Battefield, Everett Kinstler and Bob Oksner. Cover by Alex Schomburg. This is 1 of 1 America's Best Comics issues by Frazetta.
