Daredevil v1 #162, 1980 - Robbed of his memory due to radiation exposure, DD embarks on a boxing career that echoes that of his father. The most distinctive scenes occur at the beginning, where the hero enters a reaction chamber (see interior page below).
Steve Ditko's stiff figure drawings pervade much the story, diminishing the action. Most of the pacing and layouts border on monotonous. On the cover, the artist effectively uses foreground knives to increase the sense of danger. Overall though, Ditko's poor draftsmanship makes it among his least memorable works. This is 1 of 3
