1994 #19 |
1994 magazine v1 #19, 1981 - On a distant planet, a preeminent psychologist treats an alien patient and encourages him to open up.
Alex Nino expertly juxtaposes small panels with large panoramas. His weirdly rendered images combine both linework and graphic shapes. Despite all the fine details, the artist's penchant for distortion can be confusing. His second tale,"Steele", is formatted horizontally and drawn in a more familiar style. It's a tad more complex but more aesthetically pleasing. This issue also includes artwork by Vic Catan and Frank Thorne. This is 9 of 17
