Heroes Inc. v1 #2, 1976 - A sequel to Heroes Inc. #1, this action-packed comic was aimed toward a military audience and featured some of the same characters. Wally Wood drew the front, back and inside covers, but reserves his best effort on his Misfits story. His inks on Steve Ditko's pencils for Cannon are nearly as impressive. The hero's imprisonment by Nazis in South America is adroitly rendered (see interior page below). Their respective styles always seem to be compatible, regardless of genre. John Byrne also seems to have made two contributions to this issue, both very rough and early in his career.
