Our Army at War v1 #269 featuring Sgt. Rock, 1974 - Another one hundred page super spectacular features an innovative Joe Kubert cover. Panels representing the issue's stories take precedence over the main image. Sgt. Rock appears in one of them, his back toward the viewer. Inside, a terrific contents page (see below) precedes the many fine reprints. These include Kubert tales from All-American Men of War v2 #49 and Our Army at War #196. Other artists in this issue include Russ Heath, Jerry Grandenetti, Mort Drucker and Irv Novick.
