Web of Spider-Man v1 #3, 1985 - Spidey pummels his old foe the Vulture, not realizing he's about to be attacked himself. John Byrne's cover is sharply designed, framing the figures within curvilinear shapes. Note the cityscape in the background. Byrne uses a black and white photocopy to add both texture and contrast to the scene. Other artists in this copper age comic include Greg LaRocque.
