G.I. Combat v1 #63, 1958 - This Joe Kubert cover seems too simplistic and a tad amateurish. Perhaps the arms on both the GI and the Nazi soldier are mis-proportioned. The wall of fire in the background also adds little to the overall layout. Kubert would thankfully draw more effective covers as the series progressed.
